Cely Maria Dias

Cely is a renowned instructor and trainer that has helped clients the world over, get fit and lose weight. With her unique approach to fitness, her specialized training style will maximize the results for her clients and students. She doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness. Dias understands everyone has specified needs when it comes to their body and health goals.

Dias has coached clients, one-on-one, conducted classes for corporations, and led successful group classes independently and through studios. She has also presented at numerous festivals and conferences. Her training specialties includes but not limited to, weight loss, balance and stability, injury prevention, muscle toning and definition, endurance, and hypertrophy resistance training.

As a proud native of Brazil, Dias has made a name for herself as one of the most sought after Zumba teachers. Her classes are authentic and unique in a sense that she combines dances from her native country while incorporating other culture dance techniques along with specified fitness moves that will help the body have top results when it comes to defining, toning, and weight loss. Trained as a dancer, and understanding the culture and movement from Latin America and the diaspora, Dias also teaches Samba, Salsa, Batcha, and more.

With success in the fitness industry, Dias also created a successful sport fashion brand called Maceiosol. Combining her passion for fitness and fashion she runs her line of comfortable, trendy, and functional fitness apparel that is imported from Brazil.

Singlehandedly, she is changing the look of fitness, fashion, and positively changing the lives of many.

Shannon Shebib

Shannon has been teaching group fitness for 30 years and is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has been a part of the Zumba Instructor Network since 2008. Shannon has taught classes all over the United States and was an international presenter in Italy from 1998-2001, and in Germany from 2009-2013. She holds certifications for Zumba, Zumba Step, Zumba Kids, Zumba Toning, Strong Nation, BeachBody’s PiYO and Turbo Kick, the Masala Bhangra Workout, and Les Mills’ Body Attack and Body Pump. As a former fitness competitor, Shannon has the expertise to help you reach your health and fitness goals!

Sarah Terreault

Sarah has been a licensed fitness instructor for 10 years. She has a Fitour Group Fitness certification and is licensed in several formats including Zumba, Zumba Gold, and Strong Nation. She’s married with 2 children, 2 cats and 2 dogs and enjoys time outdoors with her family here in Michigan!

Vanessa Almeida

Vanessa is a YTT (Yoga Alliance Certified) Yoga instructor that enjoys breath and movement as a means to self-connection and study. Having been previously trained as a psychologist and dancer in her home country of Brazil, she is continuing her studies in somatic movement and therapy with The Center for BodyMindMovement. The gentle hatha style she teaches is key for building an alignment-based practice that makes you feel refreshed and centered.

Alka Kravetz

Alka is a Stott Pilates Method trained instructor with over 11 years of experience. She teaches several Pilates formats, each with its own focus. Alka has the experience to help you gain core strength and stability. Her passion is bringing health and fitness to her community. She is also a Pilates Reformer instructor offering private, one-on-one sessions. Let her help you reach your fitness goals!
