CLASSES

Zumba

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

All levels welcome.

Barre Fitness

This amazing barre class will chisel and sculpt in 50 minutes! We will use our own body’s weight and a variety of props in a unique and integrated way to achieve total fitness.

This method is designed for the body work comprehensively to create strength , Flexibility, balance and definition. This workout is for every “body”, see u at the barre!

Butt Fit

You won't get a better butt by sitting on it. Shape and Firm your thighs and glutes to give your booty a real lift!

Pilates

A dynamic class of mat work exercises performed at a quick pace without losing integrity of the method.

Includes more than 40 resistance exercise, each designed to stretch and strengthen muscle involved, opening joints and relieving tension.

A great workout for all levels!

Slow Flow Yoga

A slow and relaxing class which incorporates mindfulness, deep breathing and longer holding postures.

This class focuses on stretching and strengthening the entire body and is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic, flowing practice in which students use the rhythm of their breath to guide them through a mindful, athletic series of postures.

This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, although students will be encouraged at times to “flow on their own”.

Total Body Mix

A total body workout for all levels using variety of equipment.

Weight Fit

Strengthen, define and decrease body fat when you work every part of your body with weights and other small equipment.

Increase your bone density and burn calories all day long after this one hour long weight training workout. You will leave class feeling stronger and leaner!
