CLASSES

Zumba

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

All levels welcome.

Stretch

Flexibility is a large part of overall fitness. This 30 minute post-workout stretch class is designed to loosen and stretch all areas of the body. Stretching can decrease risk of injury, and help improve joint flexibility and range of motion.

Butt, Legs & Core


This 45 minute class is designed to light a fire in your core with exercises designed to tighten, tone and strengthen your butt, legs and abdominals.

Mat Pilates

A dynamic class of mat work exercises performed at a quick pace without losing integrity of the method.

Includes more than 40 resistance exercise, each designed to stretch and strengthen muscle involved, opening joints and relieving tension.

A great workout for all levels!

Pilates Core Plus

This 30 minute, non-stop class focuses on increasing abdominal strength using body weight and light equipment.

Total Body Pilates Fusion


This is a full-body strength and toning class for every body. The class features intentional, focused movements using the Pilates Core Principles to increase body awareness, core strength, alignment, posture and energy. In this class you will use free weights and light equipment.

Pilates Stretch

This class is a full-body and mind-focused stretch class using the Pilates Core Principles and Discipline to allow for an immersive experience.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Flow seeks to achieve mental, emotional and physical consciousness and relaxation. It uses poses such as light twists, table, seated forward folds and other gentle, somatic and restorative movements as well as breathing techniques and meditation. It is a practice of presence. Moving meditation to restore body-mind unity for all bodies.

Total Body Mix

A total body workout for all levels using variety of equipment.

Weight Fit

Strengthen, define and decrease body fat when you work every part of your body with weights and other small equipment.

Increase your bone density and burn calories all day long after this weight training workout. You will leave class feeling stronger and leaner!
